You purchase credits in advance online. For each completed rental inspection, 1 credit is deducted from your balance. If you purchase 250 credits, you enjoy a 5% discount and a 10% discount if you purchase 500 credits.

Rental Manager

A web application where you can schedule rental inspections and assign them to the appropriate inspector. The Rental Manager also provides cloud backup of your reports and photos. You can also post process rental inspections in it.
Move-in inspection

An inspection at the start of a new lease.
Check up inspection

With the Rental Inspector, you can also perform interim inspections of the property.
Renovation inspection

During the rental period, if important elements change (such as a boiler being replaced) you can make an interim report of the changes. Your changes will then be included in your pre-inspection or final inspection.
Pre inspection

Conduct a pre-inspection several days or weeks before the tenant leaves. Note the things the tenant can still put in order themselves, have the report signed.

Prepared checklists

The Rental Inspector comes pre-loaded with detailed checklists for many different types of properties (houses, apartments, garages, offices etc.). Therefore the Rental Inspector can be used immediately.
Most common characteristics

We have already prepared the most common characteristics of elements (such as the colors of a ceiling or the material of the doors). For example, in many cases you don't need to type anything but only touch "off-white" when describing the ceiling. This saves you a lot of time.
Functioning of elements

In your report, confirm the proper functioning of elements such as doors, windows or kitchen appliances.
Use as standard

Enter attributes of an element only once, then set them as defaults. Reuse these defaults with other elements of the same type. A great time-saver.
Duplicate

Duplicate elements or even entire rooms quickly and easily.
Pictures

Take up to 6 photos per element. These will go directly to the right place in your report.
Detailed findings

The ability to precisely detail lease damage and defects, using text, photos and sketches. This way, all damage is properly and precisely documented.
Make sketches on photos

Draw on the photos to indicate things like stains, scratches etc.
Assigning repairs

Immediately assign your own maintenance team or external workers / tradespeople to repair damage.

Access to the Rental Manager

The Rental Manager is a web application that you use with your computer's browser. It is the back office and central management point for your reports, photos, and more. This way, no data is lost, even if your mobile device is broken or lost.
Preparing and assigning rental inspections.

In the Rental Manager, you prepare, schedule and assign rental inspections to the appropriate inspector (yourself or a colleague). The assignment then automatically goes to the executor's app.
Follow up on rental inspections

In the Rental Manager, you always have an overview of all rental inspections: those scheduled, those performed and those completed.
Back up of reports and photos

Of each completed rental inspection you will find the generated reports and documents as well as the photos in your Rental Manager. You can also download this data.
Post-processing

The Rental Manager lets you post-edit completed rental inspections on your computer. From your post-processing, you create either a new report or a compact addendum report.
User management

Add and manage users and their access rights.
Adapt & create checklists

The software comes pre-loaded with many checklists, these can adapted to your needs or alternatively, completely new ones can be created.

How do I purchase the Rental Inspector Pro?

Download the application and register either directly in-app or now via for a free 14-day trial. You can then get up to 4 rental inspections for free.
Convinced? Then purchase the number of users and credits in the Rental Manager (via Profile > Purchases).

You choose how many credits you need. And you can purchase credits and/or user licenses at any time.

What is the minimum duration of a Pro subscription?

With the Pro version, you pay for the subscription per user 12 months in advance. At the annual due date, you renew this subscription online for another year. Do you still have credits? Then those go into the next 12-month period.

If you do not renew, your subscription ends automatically. There is no need to cancel.

When is a credit deducted from my balance?

Every time you finish and sync a rental inspection in the app, 1 credit will be deducted from your balance. If you finish an already completed rental inspection in the Rental Manager and create a new report from it, it costs nothing. So you just pay 1x per rental inspection.

How long will purchased credits remain valid?

Your credits remain valid indefinitely as long as you maintain the annual subscription per user.

Will I receive an invoice for my subscription and credits?

Yes, for each online purchase you will receive an invoice by e-mail within 3 days. Make sure your VAT number is entered in your account information in the Rental Manager.
