Chapps is Moving: We’re Upgrading for Maximum Performance and Security 🚀

On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, we will migrate our entire digital infrastructure to Combell, the absolute market leader in high-end hosting.

This migration is a deliberate investment in the quality of our services. By choosing Combell, we are taking the Chapps experience to the next level:

Maximum Performance: You will experience faster loading times and a smoother workflow within the Rental Manager and Building Manager.

⚠️ Important: Scheduled Downtime
To perform this migration with the utmost care and safety, our online applications will be temporarily unavailable. Please note the following window in your calendar:

Start: Monday, April 27, at 21:00 CET (8:00 PM BST – 3:00 PM EDT – 12:00 PM PDT).

End: Wednesday, April 29, at 06:00 CET (5:00 PM BST – Midnight EDT – 9:00 PM April 28 PDT)
What does this mean for your workday?
During this period, the Rental Manager and Building Manager will be inaccessible, and you will not be able to synchronize your apps.
Can you still perform inspections? Yes! Inspections using the Rental Inspector app or the Building Inspector app can continue as usual on-site, as the apps work offline. The only difference is that you will only be able to synchronize your results to the platform starting Wednesday, April 29, at 06:00 AM.
Pro Tip: Please ensure all inspections are planned in advance and that any completed inspections are synchronized before Monday evening, April 27, at 21:00 (9:00 PM CET).
