Account Manager (Inside Sales) FR/NL

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in Dutch and French speaking markets.

The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neede

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Communication/Marketing/Media or similar
  • Bilingual (NL/FR or NL/EN or FR/EN)
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
  • Bilingual (French/English) other languages are a plus

As a Graphic Designer in our studio, you will be required to provide creative, accurate and timely design services to the entire company.

Responsibilities

  • Producing creative and accurate designs to the required specifications
  • Establishing design requirements and expectations in consultation with colleagues, web developers, and print-providers
  • Participating in design-brief meetings
  • Working with a system of best practices so that all artwork is universally accessible, workable, and archived appropriately for future retrieval and modification
  • Contributing creatively to marketing and sales campaigns
  • Co-operating with colleagues to contribute to a positive work environment and the smooth running of the company
  • Providing support and assistance to colleagues in other departments in the performance of their duties as required.

Requirements

  • A degree in visual communication / graphic design / or a related field is a must
  • Professional experience in a commercial graphic design environment
