• Smarter filtering in your history: Finding specific inspection jobs is now a breeze. In the Inspection jobs history, you can now filter by a specific time period. Want to quickly pull up all rental inspections from last month or a specific year? You can now do it in just a few clicks.

• Sheridan is now everywhere: Our smart AI assistant, Sheridan, has earned a prominent spot. Sheridan is now directly accessible within the Rental Manager. Wherever you are in the system and whenever you need a hand, you can enjoy instant online assistance anytime, whispered right into your workflow.

• Legal documents at your fingertips: Transparency is key to us, and so is convenience. That’s why you no longer have to hunt for the fine print. Important legal documents—such as the terms and conditions, software license, and data processing agreement—can now be viewed directly within the Rental Manager itself.
