To purchase pro you must register for an account either in-app or . Once set-up, sign into the manager and navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab to purchase a Pro subscription.
Premium is typically reserved for larger-scale users or those with specific needs. Due to the increased level of configuration, you must email sales@chapps.com to purchase a premium subscription.
Yes, pro subscriptions can become premium. The process varies depending on which tier you are starting from. If you have questions or have trouble finding the path to upgrade your subscription level please contact sales@chapps.com.
